Install SMARTIFLIX on any device

Before you start

Three things to have ready

Your activation details

Username, password and server URL — sent by WhatsApp, Telegram or email right after you order. Keep the message open while you set up.

A decent connection

15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for Full HD, 35 Mbps or more for 4K. Ethernet beats Wi-Fi every time during live sport.

Five spare minutes

That is genuinely all it takes on most devices. If anything goes sideways, support is one message away while you are still in front of the TV.

Fire OS

Amazon Firestick & Fire TV

The most popular way to run SMARTIFLIX. Works on Fire TV Stick, 4K, 4K Max and Fire TV Cube.

Recommended player: IPTV Smarters Pro (via Downloader)

  1. Open Settings, then My Fire TV, then Developer Options, and switch on "Apps from Unknown Sources".
  2. From the Fire TV home screen, search for the free Downloader app and install it.
  3. Open Downloader and enter the app URL we send with your line, then press Go.
  4. Install the downloaded APK, then open it and choose "Login with Xtream Codes API".
  5. Enter the username, password and server URL from your SMARTIFLIX activation message.
  6. Wait for the channel list and EPG to load — usually 30 to 60 seconds on first launch.
Tizen / webOS

Samsung & LG Smart TV

No extra box needed. Both brands carry a compatible player in their own app store.

Recommended player: Smart IPTV, IBO Player or Net IPTV

  1. Open the Samsung App Store or LG Content Store and search for "Smart IPTV" or "IBO Player".
  2. Install the app and open it — it will display a MAC address on screen. Write it down.
  3. Send that MAC address to SMARTIFLIX support on WhatsApp or Telegram.
  4. We upload your playlist to the app licence against that MAC, which takes a couple of minutes.
  5. Restart the app on your TV. The full channel list loads automatically.
  6. If the guide looks empty, leave it 10 minutes then restart the app once more.
Android

Android TV, boxes & phones

Covers NVIDIA Shield, Chromecast with Google TV, Mi Box, Formuler and any Android phone or tablet.

Recommended player: TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro

  1. Open the Google Play Store and install TiviMate (best for TV) or IPTV Smarters Pro (best for phones).
  2. Launch the app and choose "Add playlist", then select "Xtream Codes" or "M3U playlist".
  3. Paste the credentials or M3U URL from your SMARTIFLIX activation message.
  4. Give the playlist a name and let it download the channel list.
  5. In TiviMate, open Settings then EPG and add the guide URL we provide for a 7-day guide.
  6. Optional: set your favourite groups so the channels you actually watch appear first.
iOS / tvOS

iPhone, iPad & Apple TV

Apple devices work well with SMARTIFLIX, though the App Store player choice is narrower.

Recommended player: IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV

  1. Install IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV from the App Store on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV.
  2. Open the app and pick "Add new user" then "Login with Xtream Codes API".
  3. Enter the username, password and server URL exactly as sent, with no trailing space.
  4. Tap Add User and let the library sync — the film catalogue can take a minute on first load.
  5. On Apple TV, use the Siri remote to sign in, or type the details on your iPhone and AirPlay across.
  6. Enable "Auto-start last channel" in settings if you want it to open straight into live TV.
MAG / STB

MAG boxes & STB emulators

Classic set-top boxes from Infomir and any device running an STB emulator profile.

Recommended player: Built-in portal

  1. Power the box on and open Settings, then System Settings, then Servers, then Portals.
  2. Set Portal 1 name to SMARTIFLIX and paste the portal URL we sent you into Portal 1 URL.
  3. Save with the OK button, then go back and choose Restart Portal.
  4. Send us the MAC address printed on the sticker underneath the box so we can authorise it.
  5. Once authorised, the box loads the SMARTIFLIX portal automatically on every boot.
  6. If you see "Portal not found", double-check for a missing "c" or slash at the end of the URL.
Windows / macOS

Windows PC & Mac

Handy for testing a line quickly, or for watching at a desk while you work.

Recommended player: VLC or MyIPTV Player

  1. Install VLC Media Player (free, Windows and macOS) or MyIPTV Player from the Microsoft Store.
  2. In VLC, open Media then "Open Network Stream".
  3. Paste the M3U URL from your SMARTIFLIX activation message and press Play.
  4. VLC loads the full playlist — use View then Playlist to browse the channel groups.
  5. For a nicer guide and favourites, MyIPTV Player accepts the same M3U plus the EPG URL.
  6. A wired Ethernet connection gives noticeably steadier 4K playback than Wi-Fi.
